All you can get

Simple present tense digunakan untuk membicarakan kegiatan sehari-hari/ rutinitas. Yang harus diingat adalah kata kerja yang digunakan harus bentuk pertama dan tidak boleh ditambahkan to be. Karena banyak yang memakai to be dalam penggunaan tense ini.  Contoh:

1. I am go to school every morning at 7 o’clock. Wrong

2. She is sit on the chair. Wrong

Yang benar adalah:

Subjek (I, you, we, they) + V1

1. I go to work every morning at 7.30.

2.  They always clean up their room.

3. We prepare breakfast at 7 o’clock every morning.

Kalimat negatif:

1. I do not (don’t) go to work every morning at 7.30.

2. They do not (don’t) clean up their room.

3. We do not (don’t) prepare breakfast at 7 o’clock every morning.

Kalimat tanya:

1. Do you go to work every morning at 7.30?

2. Do they always clean up their room?

3. Do you prepare breakfast at 7 o’clock every morning?

Subjek (He, She, It) + V1(s)

1. My mother cooks very well.

2. Gina studies math every Tuesday afternoon.

3. He always does the test his best.

Kalimat negatif

1. My mother does not (doesn’t) cook very well.

2. Gina does not (doesn’t) study math every Tuesday afternoon.

3. He does not (doesn’t) do the test his best.

Kalimat tanya

1. Does your mother cook very well?

2. Does Gina study math every Tuesday afternoon?

3. Does he always do the test his best?
